How does it work?
TrueRates draws on hundreds of real-world data points to price your rights based on the variables that actually affect their value, including:

What makes TrueRates different from a flat fee?
Most rights are sold as a flat fee that doesn't reflect how the content is actually used. TrueRates introduces a performance-based model: instead of a fixed rate, rights can be priced in line with how far the content is pushed in paid media, based on impressions served.
If a piece of content performs well and is pushed further in paid, the rights are worth more, and as a creator you share in that success. As a brand, you buy rights on a performance basis and only pay for the usage you actually deploy, so if content is used lightly, the rights cost less, eliminating the media wastage of paying flat fees up front "just in case".

Very. TrueRates is powered by a historically calibrated pricing engine covering five regions and 181 countries, and every quote generated feeds back into the model, so the pricing keeps getting smarter and more aligned with how the market actually behaves.
In our closed beta with talent agencies, users generated market-aligned quotes in around 140 seconds on average, and 90% of those quotes were accepted without any manual adjustment, in real, live negotiations with real clients.
