What is TalentProfile?
TalentProfile is a single place to share who you are, what you do, and the work you're proud of. It's designed to do two jobs: showcase you and your work, and give brands a direct, structured way to get in touch. Once it's live, you get a public link you can share anywhere, and any interest that comes back through it lands neatly in one place, ready to turn into a deal through TrueRates.
What can I add to my profile?
Everything that matters about you and your work, including:
- Your name and handle
- What you do, including your niche, your content, the kind of work you take on
- The brands you've worked with
- External links, including your website, select blog posts, and other places your work lives
- Your social accounts
The idea is that anyone landing on your profile gets the full picture of who you are and what you offer, without you having to piece it together for them each time.
How do I share my profile?
Once your profile is set up, you get a public link that's yours to use however you like. Drop it in your social bios, add it to a media kit or an insertion order, or send it to a brand directly; wherever you want opportunities to find you.
How do brands get in touch with me?
Straight from your public profile. If a brand wants to work with you they can hit request, write up a brief and send it your way. It comes through as a structured request rather than a vague message, so you get the information you actually need from the very first contact.
Where do I see the requests that come in?
You'll get an email letting you know when a new request arrives, and every request that comes through your public profile collects in one place on the platform providing you with a single view of every brand that's reached out to you via your profile.
Can I turn down requests I'm not interested in?
Yes. You're in control of what you take forward. Any request you don't want to pursue, you can simply dismiss.
How do I turn a request into a deal?
This is where TalentProfile connects to the rest of TrueRights. When a brief comes in, the platform pulls all the important details through for you: the brief, the budget, everything the brand has shared. From there you can create a deal off the back of it and turn it into a costing in a couple of clicks, without re-keying anything or starting from a blank page.
How does TalentProfile fit with the rest of TrueRights?
We think of TalentProfile as the front door. It brings opportunities to you, then hands them straight into the tools that price and protect your work: a brief becomes a TrueRates costing in a couple of clicks, your TalentRights preferences set out how you're willing to be used, and Radar keeps an eye on how your content is used once a deal is live.
