As the first hire at Influencer.com, Hester played a foundational role in growing the business from a startup to an international agency with over 140 employees across Europe, North America, and the Middle East, leading marketing efforts that helped secure global clients like Google, Coca-Cola, Amazon, TikTok, and Meta.

At TrueRights, Hester is driving marketing, brand, and go-to-market strategy. With a keen understanding of the ever-evolving creator economy, she is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between traditional marketing and the future of digital rights and AI governance.
